We have been guided properly through out the pregnancy journey. Dr Subbulakshmi mam and Dr Arthi mam both guiding us in right path from first trimester. All the procedures at the time delivery have been explained to us. All staffs and nurses where doing tremendous job.

Dr. Subulakshmi, Dr. Aarthi, and Dr. Prabha were attentive, supportive, and professional throughout. Their expertise and care made the process smoother. The hospital staff were immensely helpful, offering assistance when needed, creating a comforting environment. The facilities were well-maintained and conducive to a positive birthing experience. Very bad token system. As per the appointment, my token number is 1, and the time is 11 a.m. I reached the hospital at 10.3 a.m. before 30 minutes. The response says five patients are waiting, then you will go. I can't understand what's in the token system you're following. They also did not follow the schedule after getting a token; I'm waiting for 3 to 4 hours. I am requesting that Pankajam Hospital kindly follow the token system. If not, please remove the system. Follow the 1st in, 1st out. The good thing is that doctors are given the very best service and are kind people.

When it became apparent that a normal delivery was unlikely due to medical complications (hemorrhoids), they recommended a C-section. In hindsight, this decision spared my wife from potential pain and health issues. - **Post-Delivery Care:** Post-delivery care is generally good, with a few minor flaws. The support for feeding the baby during the initial two days from night shift nurses was essential, especially as mothers may not always be in a condition to feed the baby without assistance after a normal delivery. The rooms, while somewhat compact, are not a major concern. In conclusion, the hospital primarily aims for normal deliveries and provides comprehensive care for expectant mothers. ---
