Earlier panino was known as one of the best sandwiches in town but now they failed to compete to match customer centric approach.
If you visit this place (somalwada branch) no proper dine in facility , no tables were arranged , ambience was totally destructed like work is going on but later got to know they maintain only like that. No clean place. Nothing. Just they dependant on online orders from Zomato and swiggy.
I have ordered recently Chatpata Chana sandwich from this place. Prices they have kept like primium but taste and preparation was below average. I have got only two peices of sandwich however sandwich was not baked properly. Why????? Are you going through money crunch ???
Just a average experiance. Many good places to try as compared to panino. Not recommended at all.

no ac, no service boy, no respect, insulting behaviour, high price, no test, everything recorded at cctv. (If it is working )
One more time I am writing better bhakri and chatani.
After informing to clean the table no one came to do.
After that no apology from store manager.
I will recommend not to visit.
Best Panino in Nagpur.. No compromise in taste staff is very friendly.. and mainly you won't miss any offer here, as the staff informs you regarding it everytime!
This is really an excellent sandwich world of nagpur. This is really healthy and good place to visit and it's having it's own quality of food high quality product of sandwich and bread products are excellent.this is healthy,good and fantastic place for food. Ordered a burger called Dual Delight Burger but it was nothing compared to the photo they showed(on there official website)and also it tasted pretty much bad,this place is better only for sandwiches and paninos!!
Food is good. But seating is not up to the mark. Couch is torn up and held together with tapes. Ambience wasn't that good. Doesn't feel like a great place to hangout. If you're just for the taste, you'll be a little disappointed with change in taste.
No cleanly ness and all prepration are made with bare hands....I saw lady chef putting Ice in freeze with bare hands..... Atleast they must use gloves....now a days even panipuri wala is using golves but....panino not have such kind of practice....no proper grillier available. The cheeze is raw and sandwich is cold
Panino is good for dine in experience but when I ordered online from zomato the quality of sandwiches were not up to the mark and they also did not provide chips and mayo which they generally provide in their outlets.

Tucked away in a tiny bylane near itwari post office, this sandwich place is a must try. Don't expect any fancy stuff here but the sandwiched are amazingly delicious. The Jio sandwich we tried was very tasty.
