Excellent infrastructure. Doctors are good but the supporting staffs are very bad. Nobody is there to control them. To start with counter no3, the person concerned with CGHS. This fellow's behaviour was very indecent as if he is the boss and we are servants. We are old people and we don't know about their procedure in hospital. Doctors have not put their name seal and for that we had to run again to them 2 times. To get it done he had with held our CGHS card and my personal bag with him. Same way at all receptions of departments, the staffs don't mind patients and chat with their friends either on phone or with their colleagues. We have to call them to attend. Immediately they say to sit and then start chitchat again and forget us. We have to remind them. Altogether I would say that this hospital is like Government hospital.

Clean hygienic area. Nice building. Lacks proper road approach. No proper guidance by security as well by some staff. There is lot of scope for improvement in these two subjects. Otherwise Good hospital. Fit for only those who have own vehicles.

Neat and Clean. I visited this hospital today for my covid vaccination. From entry to exit,Very courteous and helpful. New staff, hence little bit slow. Sure they will pick up soon.No registration fee for new OP. Every hospital start draining your money from this point.But here no. The unexpected part of hospitality here is free food for the waiting patients. They gave tea and biscuits also during observation period. Charged only Govt. prescribed 250 rs. No crowd. Spacious halls. Clean rest rooms. Hope this hospital will grow to become one of the favourite for lower and middle income group in the near future.My best wishes for the founders dream to come true.

Today 23rd March, We had gone for covid 19 vaccination. The hospital has been maintained pretty well. And all staffs were courteous and quite helpful. Especially, staffs of vaccination center are very helpful and quite supportive. Procedures at the OP registration and billing counters were quite organised. Good parking place but for the big building is not completely visible from outside. Overall we had a good visit experience.
