Located on highway , I took a halt while travelling from Goa to mangalore around 3pm . South Indian food was good . Quick service by waiters , Wait time : 2-5 mins Petrol bunk also located Opp to restaurant. Be careful while crossing the road , speedy vehicles movement

Looks fancy from outside but simple. Bland food, could have been lot tastier. And washrooms are really dirty. Prices are on the lesser side for a good quantity. Dahi puri and mangalore buns was the best out of what we took.

Quite often when we travel on this way around the north Canara region we will not find a good restaurant. But this one is an exception. The food over here is quite good. Hygienic preparations. Have visited this place multiple times, and they have maintained pretty decent standards. Cleanliness can be still improved. Parking space available The location is just adjacent to the highway makes it easy to find and visit the place.

It's a perfect place to start your day. Tea and coffee is very nice. Butter Roti with paneer butter masala and baby corn masala is wonderful. The hotel is in ground floor and easy to find but service is very prompt and good. The hotel has an AC room as well which is also nicely maintained. The owner is very good. I asked him about road conditions till Bangalore from Gokarna. He guided me nicely, and also arranged for some person who knows that place well. Found him very helpful. All the items ordered are nicely cooked and delicious. The kitchen is open and customers can see how it is maintained which brings us confidence about food and its quality. Very affordable rates are charged.

A very old restaurant in Kumta located on Kumta Gokarna Highway. I am a regular customer since from my college days. Affordable prices with tasty food. Very special thing about the restaurant is you will get " KOTTE IDLI" for morning breakfast. But the food taste changes very frequently. Service is okay. If it's crowded you need to stand and wait. Neither they have waiting lounge nor the employees have the courtesy to come and speak to the customer. They need to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene. The dinnerware set is as old as the restaurant.

The worst experience, not customer oriented, quality and the quantity is not worth the pricing and we ordered pav bhaji and there was no mutter, or any veggies and if we do complain about it they listen to their ignorant chief whose a nuisance. Please do consider this review and look for some where else. Was not expecting this and the service people are afraid of this chief. So don't waste your money on this.

Excellent place for family snacks, lunch, dinner category. The hotel is in city outskirts on highway and has a Fuel station opposite to it. So it is the best place to take a quick bite while crossing Kumta. Definitely recommended to all. They serve quality food at reasonable cost and the service is also pretty fast.

Its a trusted review: Overhyped. Either you see no attendants or they will not respond, tables are not clean. You will be made to wait hell lot of time even during less crowded days.
