Pandit Ji Special Pav Bhaji - Restaurant in Ludhiana - Ludhiana, India

Pandit ji special Pav Bhaji is known and famous place of ludhiana. It is located at field ganj near Sargodha public school. They are doing this work from thier grand parents. Taste and quality of food is awesome. Verka butter is used in preparation of bhaji. Recently they have started dosa and nutri kulcha . I have tried nutri kulcha . Nutri kulcha was also good. They are also available on zomato and swiggy.

Yesterday i went there and ordered 2 plates pav bhaji and i was about to finish and in my bite there was a plastic piece and i went to the billing counter and he said sorry kabhi kabhi ho jata hai this is there food quality serving plastic in pav bhaji

Very bad experience don't buy any food from pandit ji pav bhaji waste of money i ordere 3 dosas from them but they send papad which is very sticky don't came

Overall taste wise it's good. Best at its price. Bit spicy for you if you eat less spicy or taking kids along. Do mention before it gets done to save you from watering eyes and runny nose spicy food experience!

The taste was good but due to the heavy rush you can feel disturbance. Over a good experience and nice taste. You can find this shop on field ganj road when you go from railway to civil hospital.

Only paw bhaji is best rest is waste

This was on my agenda for things to eat while on my trip to India. I use to be a regular here back in my day. This time things were different, I went there with my bestie for sake of good old days and I immediately realized that the brother separated their shops or something. So now there were 2 store - one in the same old place and other one across the old shop. In the old shop there was some one I didnt recognize, the one across the street I saw pandat ji - the original chef. So I went to the other shop - one with pandat ji. We ordered out pav bhaji. The same delicious spicy buttery taste and good conversation as usual. Pandat ji told me the story of how they seprtes, it was sad to see that. I went to the original location across the street too (the other brother), when pav bhaji came I realized the difference. So many pav bhaji stalls across the country, for me nothing would beat Pandit ji's pav bhaji. Not just for the taste, but the way he assemble the plates, fine chopped coriander onions on top and butter. This was missing from the original shop.

I am eating pav bhaji from them for the last roughly 25years. He has maintained the same taste and hygiene.well done
