I have done most of my jewellery shopping here, especially for my wedding, and every time has been a great experience. However, the last time my mom and I went shopping, a saleswoman made us feel like we were just wasting time of her. I believe her job is to show, and ours is to see. If someone is considering buying something expensive, they have every right to examine the items first. In my opinion, if we didn't like something, it's not our fault; it's either that you couldn't show it properly, or you have limited items in stock.

Owned by Pandit family who is in this business since more than 100 yrs. They have another showroom in the old city with the same name, in Sarrafa Bazaar.
