Cooler facility,CCTV, coolant,Hot water in winter season, washing machine,common kitchen,in room you will get bed, almari,chair , attached bathroom. Yaa sometimes water facilities minimize. You should also maintain food timing otherwise you can put your tiffin there in reception list office room area.
Worst behaving owner you can ever meet. May be he should learn respecting people who come living at their place. They only care about money. No proper cleanliness, also male staff cleaning girls room. No table chair. Combined bed for 2 in 3 seater rooms. Food is ok. Won't recommend anyone to stay there. They are just doing business and not caring about safety at all.
Safe accommodation for girls students. Provides room @6500/- per month, which includes room fair, breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner for a month. 3 girls shares a room. Food facility is good. At center of city. Market, hospital, schools, colleges are present nearby. Connectivity (transportation) to all part of city.
