Pande Residency - Home Stay in Canacona - South Goa, India

The place is a little hard to find as Maps do not direct this place currently as there's an ongoing road construction. Hoping this will be solved. The road is too narrow if you are coming by a car, however there is a space for one car to be parked. The facilities in the room are excellent, however.

It is away from crowded Goa, it's in South Goa Rajbaga beach, near to Palolem in Conocona. Stay is part of the owner house, all you get is a stay. Food and drink is available in char street or have to visit Palolem. Owner Gunjan is friendly and guides well.

Good economic place to stay, loved it. If you are planning to came to Goa for peace :p then south Goa is good choice and so is this residency. Around 1000 per room which are meant for 2.

I will recommend others to not use this hotel. Owner is totally mad and do not sense how to talk with others. Don't book your room with this hotel. Very very bad service. Never book also this from Oyo rooms.

Amezing people working here..start from the HK staff to owner of the property.mr and mrs Pandey are amazing they make you feel that Pandey residency is actually home away from home.. quick services. Very close to Raj baggage beach and pallolium beach...if you having a boaring day or you are useless partner not giving you time you may spend time with 7 rescue dogs which are sheltered by owner of the property ..truly amazing stay and will like to visit again

Hotel facilities were very good. Owner was very helpful and cooperative. But beware of pet dogs in the residency premises.
