This rail station is not very big in size but it is good, clean, have enough space to sit, station is colourful.

Station area is cleaned. But there has no cleaned toilet and washroom. Up side platform seating arrangement is very less and uncomfortable. This station should be improved.

This has been a important rail station of estran railway as far coal transportation is concerned since last 100 years. Located in Andal - Sainthia line this station has immense importance as passengers form birbhum district goes to Asansol - Durgapur industrial region.

Nice and calm station, train towards sainthia & andal stop here.E rickshaws available here.the station is near Ajay river which devides to districts of west bengal Birbhum & Burdwan.(Main train stop here Vananchal exp,Hool exp and many more)Many memu train stop here.buses available from 500 mtrs towards Raniganj,Benachiti durgapur etc.

Worst communication , low bus availability,lack of hotels , restaurant and inn. There's not so much train who cross this so you have go for many trains to reach your spot.

Thais is the rail way station after Vigaha. This station connect a lot of places of durdwan district. From the station you will get minibus for Banga, Haripur and Raniganj. This is one of the important station of Andal Division.
