It's a one of beautiful place in kolhapur... If you want see beautiful scenery you must visit at 6 am to 8 am & 5 pm to 7 pm.. you will get awesome selfies n pics at this time. Also if you want to do traditional photo shoot then this is best place for this. You will find many relics n encient temples here.. there is garden also where you will find beautiful view of river bank. If possible plz do visit on TRIPURARI Pournima at 3 am . You will find thousands of lights floating in river n at riverbank side.. that's call DEEP UTSAV .

The beautiful scenic look at the River from Jetty though SHIVAJI BRIDGE is worth a snap at anytime. A Small picnic spot is developed near the bridge, giving a good view at the Ghat and the temple. Every year a Fair is organized here and attracts thousands of tourist from all over Maharashtra and India. Local Authorities have plans to develop this location further for immersion of Ganpati Idols during Ganesh Festival Peaceful place, do visit this place. You can experience a great sunset from here. Cool air breeze with clouds on the top.

It's a beautiful place but highly neglected. Too much garbage and water pollution is evident.
