Nice location and decent stay but food is very expense. He has not even spent 10000 for food for 22 members team but they charged 70000 plus. For only rice and rasam he charged 4000. What a robbery. Don't go there seeing some 5 star rating reviews. Before going there pl look out out the problems faced by customers who has given 1 star rating.
What ever I will say about the resort will be less. Goodness of this resort cannot be justified by a review. One has to visit the place to experience it. I dont know from where I should start. Location of the resort is perfect. Its in middle of a forest. Has its own private waterfall and a stream.Amazing
We had booked for a night. However due to emergency had to leave after 5-6 hoursnof our stay. Review below: Property location: 5 Its located deep inside dense forest. Water stream in the property. Accessibility can be improved by arranging pick up from the main road Hospitality: 3 Not because the manager/attendant were not good. They were doing the best in their capacity. Their intent was good but execution was not professional. They have great opportunity here. Check-in process: 3 Little slow checkin. Took half hr. But can be ignored and it's not deal breaker Food: 1 Onion pakoda or dinner later was really not upto the mark They have to improve in terms of food as food is the most important aspect for any homestay. Activities: 3 Nothing much available here to do. You just come here and relax or play some badminton etc. Overall - They have great location and homestay, however need complete overhaul of other aspects above.
Big ZERO!! Worst experience post stay, when it comes to bill they screwed us. No on charges 1300 Rs to prepare 1 kg Prawns, he charged 10,000 rs for 7kg, and no proper road nor pickup service, we have to walk till the stay and it burns to pay 10 times more on the bill. This is not any star hotel to charge huge, this place may be good but they misuse by charging hell on the clients. You enjoy when you are there and you cry when you leave. Don't feed them with your hard earned money.
If you are seeing the images and going by that be ready to be surprised. That pool, pond,waterfalls and all will be there only in rainy season(June, July). Other times it's totally dried out. Even after asking in particular about water place we were misguided that there is water place. So we were totally disappointed on reaching there. However later we got settled. Rooms were extremely clean and well kept. 24 hours water. Hot water whenever you want. Water purifier and all good facilities available. Staff present at premises are very friendly and ready to help out. The cook janaki bhandari ji cooks excellent food. Finger licking good really! I guess the credit that this place actually runs should go only to her and her team. We were happy with the stay and the staff there. But won't forget that management deliberately misguided us!
What a stay....! Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent home like food. The natural river stream in / immediately after monsoon is good. Staff is very humble. No cell phone network except BSNL so no disturbance. Try to reach here in day light... Will be easy to find. Best place for relaxation.
