We stayed there for 2 days, we paid a deposit of Rs 2000 and the rent there was Rs 1000 per day, the next day we had to extend it, we extended it and paid Rs 1000 when we checked out And when we were checking out from them, they did not return the 1000 deposit amount to us. My friend who made the booking told me that he was on the line and also i call him to please talk to the receptionist he told you cam come and then we give you the deposit my friend already they out from the place
It is located very nearby to the bus stand. Really nice place to stay in tirupati. Rooms are big and maintained clean. Maintenance is good in both locker rooms and restrooms. Easy to commute. It will be very chill during night so they also provide pillows and blankets. Lockers spacious and completely free.
We booked 999 rupees room with 2 bed and attached toilet. The rest house is very big and clean. The rooms are also big and neat. Bathrooms have both Indian and western toilet and geyser in it.
It's not worth and the issues with network is very high there are issues with hot water the room can only server for maximum of 4 people. Far from the temple, there is no free bus availability from the rest house.
Rooms are OK, however not the price worth. However manageable. The beds & pillows are not cleaned. its seems they resuse it. Please do not get carried away by pics posted. They are fake and you would not get what is posted .
Very good near n clean rooms. Only online booking. Extension allowed for 24hrs for 1000/-. Additional pillow blankets carpet mat is provided. All rooms has a double bed. No restriction on no of PPL allowed
The room is in the B category which is 6 members can stay. But, we can stay over 10 members. Attached bathroom with indian and western toilet. Inbuilt geezer function well and three number single cot was placed in that 2 cots were clean and neat with bed cover, 2 pillows and 2 bedsheets all there that was nice. But, the third cot is also ok but the mattress was completely damaged and the cot was not covered with a bed cover and no pillow for that. Otherwise the room was maintained neat and clean, two dustbins were there in the room. The deposit amount was paid Rs. 1999/- for one day at the time of vacation Rs. 1000/- will be refunded your account. Who booked the room with the aadhaar number that person should be there for room vacate then only they will initiate refund. If the person is not there the deposit amount will not be refunded. In front of the guest house Fast food and Hotel also there.
Rooms are good don't expect 1000rupees room as in High range it's just they provide three cots I don't think even they are not cleaned the pillow cover and bedsheets

Nice calm and homely place. The owner, Mr Amarnath is a very nice person and takes good care if each and every and makes sure they are comfortable. Only scope for improvement is that he needs to train the room boys a little bit.
