Nice windy place with calm environment. Good water supply and electricity, rarely there is power out. But need much development in terms of Poor road facility,improvement of street ligths and also park need maintenance.
It's a private layout of 18acres there is no compound in it, so feel of private layout is missing it's as normal muda sites, still layout is in under development, too near to belvadits be village, water supply is bite low side, for construction of house you should need borewell for construction or to arrange private water tank. Road facility are poor , so many potholes on road it's better to have new road, even though it's vijaynagar 4stage there is no city bus facility available, for that you have go near basavanpura or belvadi, near by school SVEI composite, no proper provision store or milk bhoot so clearly it's still in under developing condition
The best layout in Mysore, with 24/7 Security gaurd and all basic necessities
