Edit 1: Update as on 23-11-2023 - absolutely tatsy quality & quantity both are perfect love dining in here every time very tasty food adequate quantity food tastes like home (not super rich or anything spicy which is great!) very reasonable price so many items are available in thali. Then can give extra if you want neat & clean good behaviour of staffs X no cons from my end. Overall, loved it! I recommend everyone to visit it for thali!

Returned from Gurgaon, I had a truly abysmal experience at what is supposed to be one of the so-called "best" restaurants in my hometown. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Not only was the mutton dish I ordered completely undercooked, posing a severe health hazard, but the staff's behaviour was downright appalling. They displayed utter contempt for customers, showing no regard for basic courtesy or professionalism. This restaurant's reputation is a gross misrepresentation of reality, as it falls far short of even basic culinary and service standards. I strongly advise against dining here, as your health and well-being are not a priority for this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment and seek a dining experience elsewhere.

The quality and taste of food was really good. They have to improve the service area especially during the rush hours. Overall service okay. The ambience and atmosphere is nice and beautiful.

Bengali thali is very tasty and good

Tasted their chicken varta, nun also veg thali and biriyani.. everything was lipsmacking.. will visit again
