Panangad Jetty - Tourist attraction in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

One of the best boat jetty's in Ernakulam. Nicely done with open gym and kids play area. Jetty share the space with private bus stand. Nice place to have a sit and talk and fishing. You can have a peak at few Chinese fishing nets nearby. Panagad Nights cafe offer tea, Kulukki sarbats and snacks. They even have puttu and beef during evening.

Was able to spend some time at this charming jetty while visiting nearby. It's a very 'typical' jetty - with a large plaza with panoramic views of the backwaters, a few seats and many interesting travelers. It's a great place to spend time at as well as to go on a short boat ride. If you come with a professional camera in the evenings, you can get amazing pictures at Sunset. A great place to spend time at. Be careful at the entrance though, there are buses that frequently pass through at speeds that are a tad too much for the narrow roads.

Panangad Jetty is a great place to spend an evening with your family. The jetty offers stunning views of the Vembanad Lake and the sunset is simply breathtaking. There is a small kids' play area and an open gym, so you can keep your kids entertained while you enjoy the view. The jetty is also a popular spot for fishing, so if you're feeling adventurous, you can try your luck at catching a fish.

Place looks good. This is the last stop for private buses running around that route. There is a tea shop and open gym at this jetty too Great place to have fun with your friends or to have an evening stroll. Recommended

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Great Location. There is a cafe called Panangad Nights.

Panangad Jetty holds memories to us for last 12 years. Been there many times since marriage, as we stays close. Always a good place to sit and relax, and enjoy the river view.

Good place for family. There is a park for children. The atmosphere is very good. There is also small tea shop where you can buy tea, cool drinks, snacks and all. Bus service is also available in this area
