Typical government owned and run business.Rooms are clean. But lack basic facilities. No toiletries are provided. Sometimes you'll find AC, fan non functional!! Attached restaurant is way too expensive and quality is bad. You need to find other restaurant for lunch/dinner. Importantly, no dedicated parking is available for guest travelling by own car. One has to park car on road.So overall, suggested to avoid.
Worst experience staying here in this hotel They were only focused on collecting money but not the drive mom service for the customer. And it's way expensive for such rooms Rooms were average not that good
Location of hotel is amazing. Views of the river are perfect, staff is courteous. Rooms and bathrooms are clean. There could be 1 more lift and a better breakfast
Don't know about there customer service but they don't have basic helping nature. I requested to use toilet as it was already late and near by petrol bunks didn't have toilets available and I even offered to pay but they refused and didn't allow. What if someone with health condition came and requested and they did that to him. No use if you have luxury rooms or facilities if u can't help when people need. It's just a toilet
All the money for the perfect location in Panaji, bang on the main road and opposite to the casinos. 10 minute walk from Kadamba bus stand and about 25 minutes car drive from Dabolim airport. They have free breakfast which is below average. The rooms are decent with TV, AC and hot water in bathroom. Has in room dining and offers complimentary water in a jug (not bottled). Recommended place for ease of commute to Baga/Calangute or if you're in Goa for casinos.

The stay was very good, Nice rooms, washroom were clean. The hotel is on prime spot in panaji pato goa. Only bad experience was next to my room hotel maintenance room was der which was little disturbing because the hotel staff were murmuring Everytime which disturbed us while sleeping. Other than that the hotel gave us great experience
It was a Great stay at Panaji residency. Staying experience is so good. The nearby areas gives us good enjoyment feeling. We have number of places where we will have more options to eat. I and my husband stayed at Vivanta Miramar for 4 nights in a superior room. Everything was smooth right from the check in till the check out. Check in took less than 5 minutes with minimal formalities and a very refreshing welcome drink (A Lemonade).
Pleasant stay, however some improvement is needed in some area. Like cleaning of bathroom & it's accessories, electrical fittings. Hotel staff is good. Mr. Sunil & Nitesh are well behaved and very nice. Customer support by them is good.
