I want to express my sincere gratitude. I am highly impressed at the treatment my mother has received starting from the entrance at reception , the surgical ward and ICU staff. All the nurses were extremely caring. All the doctors were lovely and very warm. I'm totally running out of words. Friendly and helpful team that is always willing and able to assist .They were always there and able to make her as comfortable and less focused on the fact that she was in a hospital. A very big thank you for the great care and explaining things/ speaking to her in a way she could understand and be comfortable. Best hospital in begusarai.
