It's was very nice experience to visit the shimla,manali and dharmshala.I took this package from PAN India Holidays and they gave me good package , hotels is also very good and my driver (Ramsharup) is very supportive guy ,he guided and supported very well. I booked my tour package in 16500/- for 5D 3N starting from 30/3/2023. Also I'd paid 6500/- as a booking amount for the same date. But unfortunately I faced an accident on 16th march and I postponed my journey and asked (on16th Oct.2023) Pan India's Nitesh for rebooking for 24th Oct. 2023 for 5D 3N. But Nitesh via 'Pan India' lied me that "HP Govt. has increased the rate of Volvo Tax by 3000/- and you'll need to pay it extra." And I also paid him the extra 3000/- on 18th Oct. also I was sure that if I didn't pay it, then they would not book my tour and my already paid 6500/- amount will also go waste. But at Delhi Volvo stand and Manali Volvo Station I gathered Information from other Volvo agencies and I confirmed that those taxes was already cancelled by Govt. And hence its Pan India's duty to inform me regarding the cancellation of Taxes. But Pan India hided this truth from us and asked for 3000/- extra to pay. Its really horrible practise from this tour agency. Also since my train got late and hence I need to change the Volvo timing, the City Land Travel agency managed my Vovo timing from 8:00 pm to 10:40 pm but this Pan India didn't told me regarding Cancellation policy of volvo and then afterwards they used to say that the extra given 3000/- amount got managed in managing the volvo timing. And, from this I get to know that once you pay any of the Tour Agency and then if you changed your plans or ask them to change the plan, this tour agency have none of the business to guide you and they dont bother about your paid payment. They tries to lie you and tries to gamble you. Where as the hotel they provided was much good but the taste of dinner was not that much appreciable. Also our journey was also good as expected. Just I'am having this complaint from Pan India that they tried to lie and asked extra 3000/- amount on the name of Fake Tax Amount...
Just return from our Manali trip. We had a memorable experience thanks to Pan India & their team. Everything was perfectly arranged & all their commitments were fulfilled. Hotel was awesome & staff was very kind. Cab driver was very helpful & nice person. Last but not the least Miss Lalita was very cooperative, very friendly & 100% committed. Because of her coordination we decided to go with Pan India & now I am happy about that choice. Thanks for making our trip so beautiful & memorable. Thanks for everything.
