Pammal Residency - Hotel in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Worst experience I ever had. They don't have car parking facilities. Those who have car please don't even think of this residency. Beer bottle are laying down when we check in the room. They are not event ng cleaning the room after every check out. On that day they said that we are facing some issue with water facilities and will be rectified within a hour but they have not retified the issue till the next day and they gave 3 buckets of water for bathing and restroom. And manager is also not worried about the complients and he is not responding properly.... Worst room in that surrounding area... I won't even give this single star for their service if there is negative star please consider that. I recommended Sai Bala budget hotel where i staying that night due to this messy room.

Recently stayed here. They need lot of improvements. Compact ac doubke bed costs 1700. The room is very very small, we have a bed and some place only to walk. Ac is new and very good. Tv with airtel dth. Parking: no car parking. Small space is there in front of the hotel, bikes are alreay parked. We had to find a spot nearby and it is very hard because it is on a highway. Room service: in the morning they have served coffee, but in the evening they said they had no one to serve. We had to buy them ourselves. Location: very good location, we have hotels, super markets around. If we dont have car and need a place to rest, this will workout. Or if we have a car and need room service this is not a place.

Realised later Its not a family lodge

We had a event in their banquet hall which they charged for AC. Whearas the AC never worked had to complain several times but they did not do a thing the hall was on the second floor and their lift dint work everyone including the elders of the family had to walk two floors and they had not cleaned the hall it was full of dust and had bear bottles in the hall which was not cleared. They told us there is vallet parking finally found there is no parking only for the place had to find place on the roads to park our vehicle. Will not recommend this place for any family events bad place to choose.

Very congested... small rooms. Not so clean. Management is not organised. No hot water. No proper parking. Bed spreads look white and clean but smells oil which means they just try to make it look clean and neat and they dont change it when someone checkout. I am not going there again.

Very bad experience. Please don't book this one. I have book hotel through oyo. Once i reached there. There was no rooms. Then after 30 minutes. They show me two rooms, very unclean and with spiderwebs. Their staff behaviour is not good. Not well maintained property. Then i have booked an other hotel.

Worst experience!!! Plz don't book this hotel and get trapped. Rooms were very bad &untidy. Bathroom is very small and was really bad. As for now they don't even have parking facility. Staff service is also very poor. Room's full of mosquitoes.

I got a Worst experience in this residency........ Plz don't choose this........ We booked two adults room but they gave us single room which was too small and also the atmosphere is very bad and dirty..... I found lots of beer bottles and other stuffs left there........ And they don't even know the spelling of respect...The receptionist is very rude to me and the owner (drunk)shouted on us to cancel the room and asked us to get out from there though we asked them why you gave us 600rs worth room instead of 900rs worth that too without water facility..... I kindly suggest everyone not too choose this room and make your good day get spoiled.....
