Ordered cake for delivery twice from palooda koyilandy , the frosting was fine but the cake tasted quite bad/old . It's the second time , and the customer care was really rude in response when we put forward the complaint and refused to accept it. Wasted Rs2000+ ordering from there. On the other hand , we hav had really good experience from the ulliyeri branch , been a regular customer there , the cakes were really gud there.

Somewhat ok type juice center in town. They serve different types of ice-creams, falooda, fruit salads, mojitos, fresh juice and shake along with chatt varieties... I have ordered for fresh juice, fruit salad, pani puri and chicken golgoppa. The taste of pani puri and chicken golgoppa were average only. Juices were bit sugary. Price wise everything were in limits. Service and dining area was descent. However, during weekend evenings it was bit crowded.

One of the nice icecream spot at auilandy . They serve variety if falooda , icecreams cakes and chats . Their best one is falooda and they have diffeent kinda of cakes both customised and normal one . The place is nearby Nh so convient to visit . The taste was good and the price was afordable . If you wanna have chillout in the hot climate outside then this will be a better optn for sure . They are providing delivery also nearby quilandy !

Tasty food.Ice creams ,shakes, juices,falooda are available.They are very tasty.Very neat and clean place.sanitizers are available.Small bakery setup is there at the entry if the shop.Well cooling.Cool drinks are good.They make the products but take some time you have to wait for it so long but the taste it awesome.Their products are if different tastes.Parking facilities are their for bikes But cars it would a bit difficult.The place near the highway,side of the building at ground floor itself.Its a bit crowded as there is no as much place for siting.The room is so big.Well kind and friendly peoples around there.The price is a bit over.But the products are worth.Big sofas are there for sitting but there are not so many.One or two sitting in the sofa and getting it filled as a the sofas would handle 8 members.The place is well cleaned the members are actively cleaning the places once used by costumes.Its a cool place ,the view inside of the palooda is good.The proce starting is at Rs80.There are varities of products available, different varieties of icecreams and pastries and all.Over all its a good place .

The only food place in Koyilandy that didn't shut down - is more than enough to describe Palooda . They offer GREAT cakes of all colors and flavours ( my favourite being the Chocolate Truffle) . Birthday decorations are also sold . They have sundaes, faloodas , shakes&juices(pricier) . Recently they have started providing Chaats. They have a pretty dine in , also provide home delivery but i donot prefer home delivery for the sundaes and faloodas . Great customer service . Sometimes it's crowded and you may have to wait outside for getting a dine in.

It was just because of Puttu Ice Cream we came here in PALOODA ICE CREAM & PASTRIES. It was amazing experience the ice cream was enriched with lots of dry fruits. We also tried Rainbow PASTRIES which was a good quality and testy
