Paloma Back Water Resort - Hotel in Kainakary, Kainakary South - Alappuzha, India

I visited the property yesterday and the experience was really good. The location is the first attraction. We stayed in the Premium lake view room with the most serene view of the lake. We could spend hours just on the balcony alone! The room was clean and well maintained. We used the pool in the evening and got to see the sunset from the pool which was a super cool experience. The property is in a very pristine condition with beautiful walkways. We were really impressed with the hospitality of the team there. The Resort Manager, the Receptionists, the room boys, the security... everyone was quite friendly and accommodating. The extent they all go to help us out is praiseworthy. To sum up, we enjoyed every bit of our stay there and would visit again, for sure.

Stayed for 4 days with family, we booked pool rooms and 3 lakeviews. Everything looks perfect in the beginning....! Came to find out our driver was treated horribly even though they assured us that food and stay were provided to them. Driver was "afraid" to eat in the restaurant on premises even after i invited him because management told him not to step foot in the restaurant. washroom for about 18 staff members, no door...! Horrible sleeping conditions for staff and drivers...!

I loved the place, enjoyed alot. Your luxury hotel made this whole Kerala trip memorable. Really thank you for sweet gestures and warm welcome.

Very beautiful resort , area around the resort is worth seeing , staffs behaviour is also above expectations but they should upgrade the food quality nd extend the varities in food, u can spend 2-3 days there

The resort is far away from Munnar and Thekedy so it takes time to reach and it is around 4 hours reaching time.Till that rain arrives when we reach. Kayaking charges are more expensive as we expected it to be 440.

Exceptional place. Stayed in Pool Villa. Spacious, beautiful interior and very clean bathroom. Special mention of the food. Excellent taste and perfect service. Unforgettable....

Worst experience ever. We would not suggest this property to anyone else. The behavior of the resturent and its staff was very bad. Better than this is the roadside tea/snack lorry service.

I stayed there for 2 days.. Its amazing experience there.. The property is situated beside 'Vatta kayal'.. The bay view from cottage is unforgettable.. Staff are very friendly especially Alan & Maneesh... We had conducted meeting for 40+ people there and they provide beat package for us...
