Palmleaves Beach Resort - Resort hotel in Puthenthope - Thiruvananthapuram, India

We had booked Kerala group tour through NB4 and they was booked three rooms in this resort.This resort non hygienic rooms , never use the pool, pool water is too contaminated. Bad service. Food was very coconut oil smell , they were not providing even tissue or adequate drinking water in restaurant.only resort near beach. Very bad experience. Not recommending for Gujarati family.

This place is really great! It has its own beach, and all the rooms have lovely balconies that look out onto the sea. The food is delicious, and the owner, Roshan, is really nice and friendly. He's also really knowledgeable about things. If you want a peaceful vacation, this is the perfect place to go.

Resort recovering from Covid Shutdown....facilities and services may not be so appealing, but for us didn't really matter.. Location is excellent. It is proprietary resort, owner directs all action..or services. ... Room ACs without remote. Atleast in our rooms. However all rooms have beach facing balconies I think. Since off season, not many guests...we had to go searching for room service staff . Not professional type but friendly .and helping ... By mistake were provided two item lovely veg breakfast on day one. Next day they made up by providing g just two slice bread with butter jam .... for us veg food was good..they had hand written menu on a notebook. ..... I guess they are trying to gear up hiring and training new staff..... but certainly a very good option it you are self-help, on your own types.. not to fussy. But location is just awesome. Enjoy like as you encounter

Hi. This is Manmindar Singh from Ahmedabad. I was on a business trip to Trivandrum and checked-in the resort. The services were really excellent along with amazing food. The room balcony has the sea facing view which indeed was amazing. The owner Mr. Roshan is very nice person who himself ensures to that the services are properly taken care off. The beach is very near and it has been an amazing experience walking besides the waves enjoying the nature. I would highly recommend this place for business as well as family stay!

Peaceful family vacation on beach! My family had a wonderful relaxing stay at Palmleaves Beach resort for 6 days. It is right on the beach with lots of coconut trees around. You will see very few people at beach and gives you a feel like a private beach villa stay. The room was very spacious, clean and have balcony with excellent sea view. The swimming pool added more fun to our stay here. Perfect for a peaceful vacation in a secluded place! The food served in breakfast and dinner was traditional Kerala style and very tasty. Owner Mr. Mathew is a very kind and generous person, and always available for help. He was prompt to arrange things we needed and made sure we had an excellent stay there. Thank you, Mr. Mathew!

The service is pathetic; they only want to extract money from us as an advance. The rooms were not clean, the pool was dirty, and there were even stray animals inside the compound. When we requested the bill, they promised to send it via WhatsApp on the same day. However, it has been two weeks, and it has become my daily routine to call that person every day for our bill. Unfortunately, he is now ignoring our calls.
