Could have given a big 0 if it was an option! I actually visited twice here, the first time it was a typical hotel with not much notable features to stand out! The 2nd time was a mess, despite the hotel people showing rooms available on OYO, I booked it, but after reaching the hotel they're saying rooms are not available we have one room you can stay but it's not well maintained! Then they took the same amount and gave us that room with Setup Box not working, Toilet Flush not working, No towel in the room, No water bottles in the room, and the walls were all chipping off! It was the worst experience of my life!!!
Not recommended to anybody. Every right to fight to get service. Because amount we already paid through oyo. 1. They gave us used room while boarding the room. 2. AC is not working in the room. 3. One guest also not allowed to see us in day time
Had a pleasant booked for work related. Staffs are polite and friendly. Rooms are in perfect condition. Comfortness also good.
One of the worst experience I faced with oyo. They don't follow any rules that oyo mentioned while booking. While I ask they said early check-in is available but when I reached hotel they ask me to pay extra 200 for every hour. In oyo app the updated early check is available if I check-in after 10 it's complimentory. And even mentioned morning breakfast is also complimentory. Early check-is not available No breakfast provided. Lights are not working properly Not even a towel is available in room while check-in they don't even a keep a room freshner . No tea bag, milk power or sugar nothing is available in room. There is no cover on shower.
This was an ex-servicemen party. It was a good location and enjoyed a lot but sevice can be more good over all..if you wanna prefer small and good location for any function u can utilise it and enjoy
