Third class hotel. Never book this hotel. Rooms and washrooms are in pathetic condition. Shower and AC are not working. No hot water provision. Tiles and handles are in broken condition. Never ever book this hotel.
I don't even want to give a single star to this hotel. They charge us at the rate of any 3/4 star hotel but they don't have basic stuff in their hotel. The room was okay, toilet bowl looked like it was never washed for a couple of weeks. There was a bad odour in the bathroom. There was no hot water to bathe, they mention that you need to turn the tap left, but the water that comes out of it is lukewarm. The room walls are so thin that I could hear the TV from the next room. All in all, a very very bad experience

This is not a hotel it's like a marriage Garden. They don't have own kitchen they serve only aloo Paratha and sandwich in breakfast. Dirty kettle & old dirty Taps in bathroom, shower not Working. Irresponsible staff. Very Bad experience....
It's not a 4 star hotel first and foremost thing ....but hotel is good but they need to maintain it ...it was so dusty all over and it needs to be maintained. Food was good .so hotel owners please u have that place and that is a good place but u should know how to manage...or no one will come to u .
Stayed there for 2 night. Overall experience was below average. This place mostly for events propose only. The rooms are not maintained and not clean as well. Room interior looks very old and bed and bedsheet are not well washed and hygienic. I was getting dead rat smell thought my stay. This property in between industrial area, not that safe to go out during night time. So must stay inside the room only. The front office person(morning shift person gaurav) are not multilingual friendly. So people from the other state and country, Please think twice before booking. The kitchen facilities started very new, so have to wait longer hours after ordering the food. This is not recommend place for family or solo travelers.
The Palm Spring is located in a convenient location. It is close to the airport, the metro, and several shopping malls. There are also a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel.
