Such a peaceful and green place right middle of the city. Truly took our hear in terms of ambience. It's a family friendly atmosphere where we can have small indoor games , pets, small play area for kids etc. Enjoyed the stay with friendly staffs and services. I must stay if you're looking for a peaceful site to stay in Cochin , must visit here .

Customer service very bad... Rooms are small.. Location and ambience good for family.. If u ready to pay some extra money then will be a good option... Food not available there... Weekend you will be troubled for services..

I loved the stay here, it is actually in the city centre(at Edappally, walking distance to Lulu)but has a really nice ambience and a perfect get away vibe , lush greenery with sweet notes from love birds and a small kids park, rabbits and a lot of area for your morning walks.... will definitely stay here when ever I visit Ernakulam... Loved it

Very close to locations like railway station and metro Lulu mall etc rooms are very spacious and neatly maintained they're maintaining the ambience with a great garden hope they'll keep it like that met the owner very friendly and nature lover

One of the Beautiful place in the centre of the city if you are looking for a peaceful time then book this one.they have very good surrounding with Green trees,birds and a badminton court.Rooms are spacious and very clean so that you can peacefully enjoy a budget friendly stay in the city Thanks to Mr.Denny very polite and a good person..wanted to stay again

Pros: The ambience is quite peaceful.. very close to nature..with lots of trees, birds chirping and swings available. One will like the environment Location is quite prime.. close to Lulu mall Price is reasonable if you book by calling them personally Cons: It is self serviced..no one to attend your needs No lift and no one to take luggage upstairs Food not available inside Rooms are not as well maintained as outside They charge 500 for an extra person for just providing a mattress No shuttle service available, but it is mentioned in the amenities Overall enjoyed the ambience

I have not stayed in this place , but i have called them multiple times for booking the place, the way they deal with customers is very bad, they don't have the patients to even listen to what we have to say . They also sound very rude over the phone . And another thing is that i tried booking through diff website but no where it is mentioned unmarried couples are not allowed , but when i called them they said it is not allowed. What if i have booked through website and went there directly? thank god i called them before booking. And by the telephone experience i got , i am never gonna even try booking with them !

Recently i went & enjoyed the presence & ambience of the place - really cool setup than i thought. Rooms were tidy & comfortable. Thanks for giving at decent price for couple
