Location is very good, right on highway. Facilities are good, need crowd to make it on, especially wave pool and water rides. Rooms/cottages are very good, various options for family size of 2 to 8. Spacious rooms/cottages. Food very tasty, across different cuisines. Breakfast has limited spread. Buffet dinner is excellent. However room service need attention, needs few reminders and have to be ready for delay. Overall good place for family gathering and relaxation.

It was an amazing experience at Palm green during Diwali holidays recently. Whole area is with well maintained greenery. Lotus ponds and fountain gives pleasing experience. Mr Pranjal had taken good care of guests. Highly appreciated. Majority staff was courteous. Food ( the best part) was tasty, services were excellent. Mr Jaydev was managing very well. Restaurant is well managed. Location is easy to approach from main road. Overall experience was very good. Room services for some parts need to be improved.

This resort is at a really nice place at highway and is spread out in 5 acres,it has beautiful rides and waterpark along with the swimming pool and a great atmosphere with golf carts,however,we got the super deluxe cottage for 7000 and the bed was good and comfy ,most of the electronics like hair dryer,mini fridge,tv and ac were not working and had to be fixed,and the bathtub is really lavish but the toilet is not working properly and the flush has really less water flow,and they don't give proper necessities like handwash and body wash.well the service is amazing and the food is delicious. I liked staying here and had a lot of fun,the location is absolutely gorgeous and scenic, will come here again !

This location is perfect for a one-day picnic. The rooms are adequate, but during the rainy season, there may be occasional electricity issues; thankfully, there is a backup power source. It's worth noting that the rooms do not have fans. There are several swimming pools suitable for various age groups, including a wave pool and a rain dance floor. While the rooms may not always be spotless, the general cleanliness of the area is good. The food is delicious, with many options to choose from, and the staff is incredibly helpful.

t's a Nice family trip. Activities enjoyed by youngsters, excellent service with smiling faces of the staff; great ambiance ( nature & lush green surroundings) is remarkable.Our coordination manager Pranjal is enthusiastic & ever ready for help/assistance.

This is supposed to be a club. Birthday wishes that you get here are of a low quality resort. Do not ever try to eat from the small eatery located near the swimming pool. They don't have the facilities well maintained and have a small water park, a wave pool, lawns and a small lake. Indoor games arena cannot hold more than 20 people at a time. NOT WORTH IT.
