The staff at this hotel were so friendly, attentive and helpful. They made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. The location was perfect and close to RK beach and museums. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The hotel was beautiful, rooms was specious, clean and well maintained.Thank you all of you for rendering excellent service to made our stay comfortable.

Till now I haven't visited inside this hotel. However, exterior looks amazing. Also beach side view makes it more appealing.As far as location is concerned I would give it 4 . Traffic in the evening makes it difficult to commute from here. Also, various branches are available nearby to explore this beautiful place.

I was staying in room 134 during 29-30 Nov,23.They claim to be a premium Hotel and the charges for room are above 5k.When you pay for 1 night 7k you expect services to be of premium quality but to my disappointment it was vey bad.The room had broken door knob.The Window blinders were not working. Infact you have to call room service to provide basic toiletries like tooth paste which i expected to be there when checkin is done as thats how you showcase your premium claim.At this price i have staed at lot of other hotels and i have never got disappointment but this hotel is really a waste.Will never stay again at this property in Vizag whenever i visit as this is total waste of money.

Very good maintained room and pool is the best time to spend. Staff was very helpful. They are bit flexible with the checkin/out timings as the rooms were available on that day. Food is good. . Ambali in breakfast was not expected which was yummmy. We can have live music while having dinner.

We stayed here as a family for the vacation. Amenities, Service and View are really good. The room is really big and my kids enjoyed it a lot. Thanks to the front office Manager for giving us this room. Loved it. Enjoyed it. Swimming Pool for kids, Private Beach, Restaurant and Dinner with Live Music.

Beautiful hotel with aesthetic arts and crafts decorated throughout the hotel. The rooms are lavish and beautifully decorated as well. The hotel has a swimming pool and also fountain next to the pool. There are three restaurants, one of them is open-air. The balcony next to the hotel is fabulous,

Although the location, hotel area, safety, amenities are top notch, the reception is very bland/not informative at all, no welcome drinks, hardly any complimentary room services after charging more than other 4 star resorts, bathroom sinks are smelly/no window, restaurant has hardly any option to choose from (mostly vegetarians), one of the most dull breakfast (only 10 items + 2 juices) throughout the week, so a manageable if not great experience.

We booked deluxe room via goIbibo, and thought it will be a nice resort. Don't go by the Google ratings. The resort is not upto the mark. Location is good and nearby beach. But apart from that there is no benefit in this resort. There is no kid playing area. No extra amenities. Deluxe rooms are small and pretty old type. Towels served were dirty. Foul smell were coming from Bathroom. Not at all a resort. OYO rooms were even better. You can get better hotel with same price. Even the food quality is not so good. Breakfast have limited options. Other hotels with cheaper price give better options in breakfast.
