Went to visit a freind. The whole place looks pathetic. One can fall sick if u enter. That's how it looks and feels for on outsider. I do not know about the service and treatment. A few cars can be parked. Limited parking. A pharmacy is also there. Several doctors consult here. Location is great as most needs can be got at an arms distance.
I had a regrettable experience at pallava hospital after a sudden accident. The orthopedic doctor(Dr.mohideen) recommended an exorbitantly priced MRI scan over a simpler X-ray, costing close to Rs10k. Upon revisiting, I was unnecessarily alarmed with a push for immediate surgery, only to later discover the doctor lacked proper education and provided misleading treatment. Be cautious and seek a second opinion before considering their services. Fraud...money minded
It's an ortho and general hospital. It's a 24 hour hospital so, it's very good for emergencies, but pharmacy is not open 24 hours. OP consultation is good and they charge decent fees. For inpatient treatment, I wouldn't say the charges are nominal. The care is good. The staff are decent.

The hospital's exorbitant charges and insistence on unnecessary scans raised serious concerns about their commitment to patient care. It was evident that their focus was more on profit than providing the best treatment. Lack of transparency and poor communication further added to the negative experience. I strongly recommend considering alternative options that prioritize patient welfare, affordability, and ethical practices.
Hospital is in prime location which is good. AC is physically present but functionally absent Powercuts multiple times which is causing mental agony to patients admitted. There is no proper procedure followed to handle visitors. Service and facilities can be improved. Kindly operate the available ACs during summer. I believe it is installed for the patients and visitors. AC rooms are paid and we expect less powercuts. There is complete chaos between the floor supervisors on handling work duties. Hope management can take some steps to address these and provide better services.
Pallava Hospital, Ashok Nagar is one of the worst hospital I have visited. Below are the pointer that will help you to stay away from this hospital. Perception of wrong diagnosis and bad treatment Insensitive doctors Unqualified staff Extremely wrong guidance & suggesting unnecessary Scans. Forcefully insisting patients to take Tie-up scan lab for their own beneficiary. They are running this hospital to making money, they don't care about patients. Recent example as per recent incident: If you go with normal fever & cold, they will ask you to take Xray/scan. If you met with minor accident & visit this hospital, the respectable educated doctor won't do first aid & Put TT injection, instead this wonderful human being doctor will suggest taking CT scan. Because of this kind of creatures & serving duty in this hospital, its absolute defames for other sincere doctors as well. We have no option for 0 rating : FYI
