The reception /hospitality of Palla's Inn & Suites is praiseworthy. They are as our family friends and guide. The services rendered by Manjur Bhai and most importantly by our beloved Bare Bhai as guide during trip site visits is amezing. Excellent.

Palla's Inn is a nice place to stay in Srinagar. The owner Mr Mansoor was very helpful to us in planning our itinerary to Kashmir. We were a group of 13 people, he managed our 7 days tour very well right from receiving us from airport to sightseeing at Srinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg and Pahelgaum. Each member was very happy at the end of the tour. The best thing is his respectful and helping behaviour. His father is also a thorough gentleman who accompanied us on tours and did good guiding and driving. I recommend this place to stay.
