Very very very worst staff behaviour. On 23rd oct'23 we called at 4 pm for room booking and they said ok u come. We ( 2adult and 2 kids) reached there at 10 pm, at that time they asked me more money which is like 1.5 times what they told on phone. I told them very clearly about out phone conversation etc.. They are least bother and they demand more money. Then i refused and come out, then stayed in some good hotel. People pls dont go to this hotel, pls BOYCOTT this hotel. Very worst, veru very worst
The rooms are good but it's not maintained well. We had to call the housekeeping to clean the room. Bathroom was stinking and had to be cleaned again. The bedsheets had stains which was changed so got that changed too.

Visited palla residency for personal work in hindupur. Overall happy with the stay. It's located in very good location and in walking distance to Vasavi Dharmashala Road. Rooms are very neat and bed is comfortable, staff also very courteous.
This is not a hotel but a lodge or a motel as they say. There is no restaurant but they have a homeboy who can get food for you from nearby restaurants. There are average restaurants nearby. The rooms are average with AC and TV. There are no extra amenities but it's good for the money they charge. There were cockroaches and ants in the room.
Hotel facilities are good, but proper periodical maintenance has to be done. Overall it is good experience

A cozy lodge located in the middle of the city. The rooms were great, modern, clean, cozy a little small, but very comfortable. The management was helpful and courteous. The owner understands Engligh, Kannada and Hindi apart from Telugu. There is good parking but no restaurant on premises. They offer room service where they get food from near by restaurants. There are a few good restaurants in walking distance for good food. The entire building was clean and tidy and this was major plus. The bathroom was really clean and has a water heater available for 24*7 hot water. The standard room had an AC as well, and the rooms were fairly priced. There was no card payment options available at the lodge, but payment via cash and UPI was available.
