An aristocratic temple with calm and peaceful atmosphere. The temple festival is quiet famous and people from near by villages will take part in this auspicious event
A mere glance of this temple reminds me of the good old days of my childhood, because my grandpa used to bring me to the premises of this temple, especially during the festival and show me the caprisioned elephants. He used to go for evening walk everyday upto Paliam Nada ie upto the front of this temple and sit under the banyan tree along with his friends and chat for sometime and I invariably accompanied him. Hence this temple and its premises arouses nostalgic feeling. Great experience.
