Excellent food and staff. One of the best veg hotel in city center.

Worst service. They don't know their own menu. They are not experienced in this field i.e.,hotel business. If at all they had then they would have improved by now. FOOD_ Well it's not that good also if we order chapathi south Indian meals, they will give poori meals without informing us. It's like they assume we will have anything they serve. I observed that the owner was present on the day I went to have lunch it's like the servers were on fire and were asking for a refill and all it just looked unbelievable, I hope they would be active on the days where the owner was not present. Also, if the owner is reading this please upgrade or else the hotel will not survive.!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Made us wait for 30 mins to say the ordered item is not available. Another 30 mins to serve the people who came after us. Highly not suggestible

Very near to N R Circle, Government Hospital & government offices, in Hassan. Rate also feasible.

Not so good at taste, ambience is good but taste is not up to the mark, most of the items in the menu was not available, they took the order for benne masala dosa and they gave normal masala dosa and server said that the benne is out of stock, they need improve a lot.

If theres a place you should not go ..it is this , they will serve the thalis first and you keep waiting. First they will never come to take the order. Nor will they offer water. Half portions of items r not available. 90 rs thalis will be served in a jiffy. To everyone who comes later and if you ask them they will just act rude... And then they will rub regional difference to your face. Saying you spoke in hindi.. is there a minus rating available. It should be given here
