One of the best hospital in delhi for maternity. My baby was born with low birth weight and her condition was not so good at that time and then she get transferred to NBSU but due to all efforts made by Doctors,nurses and case takers my baby is doing good after 6 days admission in NBSU. Extraordinary effort were made by all hospital staff.
This hospital have a good facility and Dr. Behave is very nice and hospital staff behave very politely....
My Son Niyansh born there. Hospital is very good doctors are really nice and staff is great they helped me many times. I visited there more than 20 times and never felt it is a government hospital.
Iam Sudesh Saini, who admitted in this hospital on Aug 16th2023 (operated on Aug 18th 2023) with severity of pain, every staff and doctors treated me so well that I don't have words for them,Dr.Seema Jain ji who was concelling me treated me like her own daughter and everytime she used to say "Beta aap fikker mat karo sb theek ho jayega" I am very thankful to the surgery team and all staff who assisted this whole process. Once again lots of thanks to Dr Seema Jain ji for her unforgettable support and giving me new life, I am thankful to each and every staff and management of Palika Meternity Hospital .
Veena Panchal has been fantastic at counselling. She gave us the right direction. She has extensive about family planning and nutrition. Haven't found the guidance anywhere like this. Every hospital should have counselling like this.
Hospital is nice and clean Doctors are too way polite in terms of handling patients they treat well and give instructions very calmly
Only drawback is the outsourced staff they continuously ask for money mostly very rudely if they are performing their regular tasks they stand near you and start poking you "mam paise do aapke lie kaam kia hai " matlab government is not taking a single penny from patients but aapke 5k kahi nhi gye baatne me .....
But disappointed with this
Staff, Doctor's, Nursery and emergency service are very good and satisfactory. And very happy with the way they treat us....
