Pali Bhutivali dam - Weir in Asal - Raigad, India

Serene place. Just wonderful!! Requires a Trek/walk of approx 600m from your vehicle. But if you have an SUV/Bike then you can reach till the dam itself. Very good for a family visit. One can spent 1 hr easily there.

Went there after seeing online pics and reviews. Unfortunately we were not lucky to enjoy the waterfall of the dam on 13 Aug 2023. But we had gone to the brach of river and enjoyed few moments with family.

Its was grear expirience verry less crowd..just 5 min away from Bhivpuri railway station... most visit time is rainy season

Really good place to see sunrise/ sunset over here, you can go by car / bike hut will have to park it 200 m away. Its very secluded and hence clean place please don't ruin it

Best place to visit to have peace. It is near bhivpuri as well as neral station. A very quiet place with its scenic beauty. The best time to visit is around 4 pm in the evening so that you can also see the sunset. It's a very nice place which cannot be skipped if you r planning a trip to matheran via road. The road is still in bad condition. Taking the car till the end is a little difficult if you have a car other than SUVs or cars without good ground clearance. Visiting the place during summer or winter is the best.

Lovely place for peace lovers, calming and relaxing place overlooking the mountains of matheran and lake gives you sweet breeze. Eye catching location specially during June July as clouds will give you the glimpse of Pangong Lake. Very beautiful and very less crowded. If you are in Karjat and coming back to mumbai then spare some time and take hault here and enjoy the beauty of this nature you will love it, i enjoyed my time here

Awesome place. A must place to visit during monsoon and post monsoon. Mesmerizing views with mountain range and Matheran hill station in the background. During monsoon one can witness waterfall view at many locations from this place. Mountains cladded with clouds. The lake is too deep and better do not venture on the edge. A nice place to trek on the adjoining hill as it has plateau and can witness endless vistas.

Perfect place to calm yourself in the midst of mountains. The road is not maintained to avoid crowd as there have been accidents of drowning. But apart from that you can sit by the dam on the grass and if you are lucky then might hear sounds of peococks from the near by jungle and might see a few as well. Be careful and enjoy the beauty of nature.
