Palette - Tivoli Heritage Palace - Hotel in Kanhawas - Rewari, India

One of the best for destination wedding. Best hospitality staff not one or two. From the bottom line to the top they won't have 'no' in their dictionary. Very polite always having smiles on their faces. Don't even think of any other destination if you can get booking there for your once in a lifetime event

I would suggest not to book this property , property is good but their service is pathetic, people coming from delhi after travelling 80-100 km for spending some good time with family and friends but what u get here the worst service, they giving excuses that they don't have staff , they saying they don't provide room service, they saying they don't have towels... So many things , long list of failures here.. Please please don't waste your money on this property, earlier this property was named Golden Hut which was a bit better but now Tivoli hijacked this property and they made it worst. Thanks

The property is good and the food (lunch and dinner) was good too. The buffer breakfast though had limited options, and didn't meet expectations. The property itself is ofcourse far off but the stay was decent. They had a big group on the day we arrived and hence the room service was quite slow. Apparently all the restaurant staff was occupied in a party organised for this group. Considering it was an off location, it was quite a shock to know they did not stock any basic medicines (I had a bit of a slip near the pool area and in repeatedly asking for Moov/volini, etc., None was provided stating the resort doesn't have it). That was disappointing. Also, they could have more activities. The only thing in the resort was a pool. So if go in winters or are not keen on swimming, there isn't much to do unless u go with friends. Staff was friendly, special call out to Manoj for helping us with food and making kids comfortable during the stay. Overall a good property but needs improvement in service and activities.

We are still in the hotel and services are pathetic.. zero room service .. no food available at their restaurant.. pool is dirty.. very bad experience and staff also misbehaves with customers.. they dont value and care for customers. Will not recommend to come ever here

A very well constructed BUT very poorly maintained property. One of the worst experiences during the 2 nights stay. Dirty rooms. Dirty Linen Dirty Bathrooms Dirty Pool water with lot of visible insects inside. Water logging in the lawns even in scanty rainfall. VERY POOR AIR CONDITIONING IN HALLS. Very poor service and staff.

This place is something different. This has a glass hall and a perfect lawn for destination weddings. This place has the Heritage look with its room and ambience for the wedding. Glass hall is perfect for engagement parties and small function.

The stay was quiet pleasant. Rooms are good. Service is great. Special thanks to Mr. Joeby the GM and person in charge of Tivoli who helped us and made sure that the guests are comfortable by going a step ahead.
