Palette-The Tigers Pug Mark Resort - Resort hotel in Bail Parao, Barhani Range - Nainital, India

It was a pathetic experiance with this oresort. We booked delux room but they gave us a DDA flat type room. It was so massy and small that you cant even breathe. We had to upgrade to supar Deluxe room which was little better but not up to the mark. Reception staff are very unprofessional they dodnt know how to greet guests and make them comfortable. There is no proper staff. Swimming pool was ok and food was good but i am not sure if you will get same taste every time. So please take a risk when u book it.

Actually good location and well managed by RPI group of hotels also the best part in this dens jungle they are really providing everything on time and I don't know but people must understand this property and policies. Food is so tasty

In hotel we have great expierence with rooms, pool , indoor activities , .....etc Rooms are also looks good you can find tv , bed , cupboard, ...etc

Tigers Pug is a decent resort in itself but is located in a very remote area. The rooms were smaller than expected and were not upto the quality expected for the money paid. Room service was veryn slow.

Very Good staying at the Resort. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Cottage is a classy one to book. The resort entrance is very good. Well maintained park inside the resort. The swimming pool is very nice & well maintained. The dining area is clean and hygienic. Food was tasty & delicious. Better to pre book rooms with food. Unlimited buffet food if u pre-book along with the room. Night time is an awesome experience staying over here. If you happen to visit along with family & friends a night campfire would give a pleasant experience. The Kidz playing area is good. The seating area in the park is good for photography lovers. Vehicle parking is available.

Far from jim corbett safari point. Food quality was not up to the mark. Fun activities like play zone and swimming pool were the best part of our stay here.

The place is awesome I stay here for 5day in 2018 with my college group, there was a lot of space here , a swimming pool , restaurant , garden , restroom, view is very nice .

I have booked 3 Rooms and Very Nice Rooms and good service and all food was delicious My Guest Is Happy With All Quality and Service It was a fantabulous experience. Staff was good and available when called late night and in the morning. Rooms are big, neat and clean. Very peaceful and Nice ambiance. Kids enjoyed pool and play area very much. Family groups can enjoy a lot of outdoor games in the garden in front of your rooms. Ample space for morning walk within the hotel premise. With this location, ambiance, services i got room at reasonable price. 17 km from Ramnagar bus stand & railway station & near to Bailparao. Thanks Kirtika Madam
