Palette - Silver Castle - Resort hotel in Saharanpur, Mukhlispur - Saharanpur, India

I went to visit this place. The place is good with lots of swings where kids as well as adults can enjoy. BUT in evening time there wasn't even one big light that's annoying. It's too hot 43-46deg C out there , so we visited in evening time. But it was really pretty annoying that we can't even see anything, no lights at all Secondary On the entry gate they charged 100Rupees per head for using only swings and if you want to go to Restaurants as well they are changing 150 Rupees per head. And there will be no return of money if you haven't used all your money that you have given at the gate. Although if you have spent more than you have paid at the gate they will charge more. Restaurants and food was not at all good. Super high priced with less quantity. The service at the restaurants is unacceptable. #Disappointed

The place has got good infrastructure but is very poorly managed. Cleanliness is lacking, they hardly have any trained staff, they employ adhoc staff for conduct of marriages, so the facilities are lacking for hotel guests, there is no regular cleaning, tv does not get recharged for guests, unserviceable kettles, swimming pool is used by local population with payment of money to the guy managing the pool who makes a fast buck allowing them, badly managed pool, no hygienic standards maintained, no intercom for reception though phones exist but switched off, i was the only guest for two days till the last day a marriage party arrived, they shut down the restaurant to cater for the marriage party and it was only when i asked them for a check out at night they arranged some food from somewhere, one of the staff suggested to get in as marriage guest to have food, management is below par and unprofessional, notwithstanding they have got the infrastructure in place but no trained people to run the show, hope they do the needful, the restaurant is below par, has a franchisee with Sagar ratna for trademark south indian food but provided only till 8 pm and the service is below par, the restaurant has only two air conditioners which are inadequate, very sweaty experience in this sultry weather,

Stayed there during Aug 21, the property is huge and rooms are spacious, its actually a marriage celebration venue, having lavish green lawns, one swimming pool too, separately functional on payments, location of hotel is on Saharanpur sarsawa highway at about 6 Km away from saharanpur, one staff at reception and one at office is good n polite, but restaurant & housekeeping staffs are pathetic, expect non professional service, food preparations are non customized( Apni marji ke malik), bit in-hygenic too. But In my opinion for parking of vehicle and room standard this hotel is the only better option, the worst part is at hight room tariffs too No wifi availability...mobile network is also not very strong. In view of Saharanpur locality one of the good hotel slightly away from town area.

Horrible place!!! Not worth for even a single star.There are series of things that I disliked.Funniest was there was no water in the bathroom which is a basic thing every Hotel must have.Pathetic room service . The towels were smelling of the cockroach repellent balls.I think of the place I feel so cheated ,will tell goibibo also the same as we booked it through them.Never felt this bad after staying in a hotel.If they are not able to run it in a descent manner better start some other business and stop cheating the citizens!!!

Did not have a great experience at all. Management is too slow on reacting to a situation. The room which was alloted to us was stinking badly. Then the TV was not working. on complaining the housekeeping guy came and he just held the remote in his hand. Didn't have any clue on how to rectify. Then we had to go out and the manager said that by the time you come back you'll have a solution. But ultimately we did not. At the middle of the night we were shifted to another room. This was smaller than what we had actually booked and there was no adjustments made whatsoever. The TV there was again not working. A humble request to the management. Please do the preliminary checks before the guests arrive and then allocate a room. Don't wait for the guests to come and point out faults. Only reason for the two stars is the food. Food i must say was really nice..

I have had a lot of fun today. This resort is very nice.

Pathetic dine in experience...

One of the worst places to take a stop for lunch..It is infested with houseflies and mosquitoes..I stayed here in their resort for 20 days..Uncouth and putrid staff with no knowledge of the hospitality industry..Even the managing director has no clue as to what he is running..A hotel or a restaurant or simply a site which only suitable for hosting marriage parties..Please don't come here..I have visited most parts of the country..This place and this restaurant or resort or whatever it is.. Just worsens your mental state..If you are feeling hungry and u have no other option but eat in saharanpur..Have food in any of the dhabas..They serve much better and hygeinic food than this good for nothing 10 acres property G
