Palette - Pine Tree Spa Resort - Resort hotel in Kalimpong - East District, India

Its a nice resort at a beautiful location. The view from the window was good. The food served was deliciuos too. The hotel staff are very humble, caring and cooperative. As we had an early morning flight to take, they packed the breakfast for us, without even our request.

Good place. We payed around 10k for 1 night for their so called suite room in the month of June. Coming from a city like Mumbai, we expected a lot more for 10k a night. The food and service is mediocre. The spa is on the expensive side too. There are absolutely no amenities or entertainment other than the swimming pool. I would recommend to find a better place.

Great hotel - newly built with large, spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool and great spa. Excellent view from room -one of the best views in Kalimpong. If you are lucky even the snowcapped Kanchenjhunga could be visible from the room. The view from the garden is also excellent. Indian food is good but Chinese is average

Excellent Location, the resort is situated on the lap of hills , little bit high than other hotel , the lwan & swimming pool is the best part of this hotel, & more over at what price they offered their rooms it's just unbelievable. Large exotic room with a lucrative view , Lawn adjucent rooms are suggested for booking from my point of view , excellent quality of food & enormous items they have in their menu card.

Pinetree Spa & Resort is an absolutely wonderful property in Kalimpong. The garden area offers wonderful view of the hills. The infinity pool adds to the joy. At night, you might view clouds across the garden area. The rooms are very spacious and the quality of rooms is quite good too. The resort has spa too. I loved my stay here and would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Very Unprofessional behaviour of Hotel Manager Mr B K Gupta, he will tell you about the rates first and after stay he just adds those amounts which are not included and he will reflect from his word of fixed amount and add extra items in the final bill. Very unhappy, will never suggest anyone to book pine tree. Book other hotel may cheap but not pine tree.

Little secluded from the main town of Kalimpong, this resort provides a quaint and peaceful yet classy stay. The pool area is rather beautiful and so are their big spacious rooms. They need to improve on the service part a lot though, and I mean A LOT! Also chilling in the garden area by the pool would be even more wonderful if we can have drinks/snacks there.

Awesome place for a short term vacation. .. very supportive staff and the moutain views from the rooms are just jaw dropping ...
