Pathetic construction with seepage in every room inside the flat and also in all common areas. Poor management of society cleaning Very low standard quality materials inside the flat also. During summer acute shortage of water. Parking problems etc etc. .i owned a flat there but sold it and got out at the right time. Also security guards are always busy sleeping or watching reels in the phone.
A very beautiful and peaceful society at the outskirts of Indore.
Less expensive flats but space is limited, location is a plus point for this project. No garden, small play area for kids, ample parking space. Most of the flats are sold out and building is still well maintained.
