Food is very good. Location is good. Service is below average, this should be improved majorly. Rooms are maintained in very bad condition and should be renovated majorly. Limited hot water for bath. Few rooms were given for group of guys. Rooms should've been given only for family is what we felt. The lake must be cleaned else we can't even touch water. No tv in my room. Overall not happy.

Jinu and his staff were wonderful. Very very helpful and treated you like family. Home cooked Food was amazing, cooked with love and joy. House was lovely on the bay, sounds of the water lapping was a wonderful lull to sleep. Rooms neat and clean. Suggestions for bug nets or screens would be helpful for the mosquitoes nights. Much gratitude for the beautiful Keralan hospitality and warmth. Would stay again for sure.

Awesome place. Quiet and peaceful for both bachelor's and family gathering. Had a good time with Mr. Thomachan going out of his way to help and guide to us to some great time. The food was homely and tasty. The staff were equally helpful and cordial. A place I would recommend wholeheartedly.

For those who are coming with out own vehicle not suitable place. It's almost 21km away from allapey and few transportation facilities are available. Otherwise it's a nice place and value for money.

Good Economical place for overnight stay / relaxation stay..not much luxurious, excellent location just next to vembanadu lake.

if u r looking for a peaceful home stay , go for it guys . it has lake view rooms and very nice hospitality .
