Very good hotel in Muzaffarnagar but there is scope of improvement. Rooms are good but not sound proof. Bathroom design could've been better as water from shower area splashes out on to basin floor. Concierge service is bit weak too. Breakfast was good although.

I visit palasa hotel.... food quality was very very poor, ambience name ki to koi cheez hi nahi thi waha, waiters to gav ke the... i eat fruits suddenly waiter come and ask sir chay pee lo i said bhaiya fruits khara hu chay kse pee lu suddenly they start laughing... lol... poor quality food... wastage of mone... for those who plan there function in palasa.... decor part was very very very poor... At last unchi dulan feeke pakwan...

We have been going here for all of our parties for so long. But this time our experience was really bad, the staff was so rude and the food wasn't nice as well. I think they need to supervise their staff on priority. The staff said that the owner asked them to stop us from taking pictures. And the way he spoke to us was disgusting. He literally said "Bass madam bohot hogya ,aap jaiye ab" and there was not even a single person in the restaurant except us(we were 10). We were not taking pictures in the restaurant also,we were in the outside area. None of us gonna visit palasa again. This was the worst experience that we ever had anywhere.

Overall comfortable stay. Rooms are comfortable. A few small things that didn't work: - wifi didn't work. - When we entered the room, it wasn't air conditioned. The air conditioner would take a while (6-7 hours) to cool the room - so it wasn't very effective until the middle of the night. - Breakfast could have been a bit better given this is apparently a 4*/5* hotel. Food was delicious, but the selection could have been more. For instance, no eggs to order, no fruits or cheeses for breakfast. None of these were deal breakers, but expectation would have been to have these in place for greater overall comfort. That said, this is likely the best hotel in Muzaffarnagar.

A nice place to go out for business meetings or plan a lunch for family or friends. The hygiene and atmosphere is appreciable. The staff is polite and educated, and has great hospitality. You can try their rooms also, wide neat and nice rooms with great service. Food is really nice you can try pizza, lasagna or anything you like. Overall a really nice experience you can rely on them for every of their services.

Had experienced twice now . One i visited their bar 'amara' last month and now a dinner . Service always best in Muzaffarnagar in my experience,food was prepared well and variety provided in great. Price wise a bit on higher side considering Muzaffarnagar is a very small city but than sometimes such indulgence is ok.

First of if it's kind in Muzaffarnagar in terms of facilities and vibe, surely worth it. Still room for improvement, since number of facilities like pool and bath tub are missing amongst others which are a must these days when tariff charges are on the higher side. Overall a good hotel setting up a standard for a city like Muzaffarnagar.

Amazing experience with good and tasty food. Service could be improved a little. Breakfast spread can be elaborated. Varieties were less, though tasty.
