Palani station is very well maintained, the rest rooms are neat and clean. No complains or any other comments. It full fills all of the requirements for the passengers. Few pics from railway station. The station was well maintained. But the one bad memory that I will carry of Palani will be the merciless exploitation by autorickshaw drivers. They collect something like Rs.50 for every kilometre !

PALANI is pilgrim centre new tourists be careful with unknown guides, auto and Horse Cart drivers. Stay in the temple running guest houses. Visit the temple directly purchase the Pooja items in the reputed shops only.

Palani Railway station is situated between Dindigul and Pollachi, The rail route wasn't electrified till July 2022 and currently the station and the route are fully electrified and four trains are running through the route.Palani murugan temple is just two and half kilometres away from the current railway station.
