This hospital ensures that each and every patient get the complete care from the staffs. I am truly overwhelmed by their approach and service.This hospital is generous to patients who have come with heavy heart of worries regarding their illness, especially in my case. The Dr.Radhakrishnan was calm and composed, took care of patient's concerns really well. The hospital, as a team gave a exemplary response to the patients.

A place where a full medical checkup, can be performed before meeting the doctor. The centre on Palakkad-Coimbatore Road in Kunnathermed. easy access except the parking.

The Diabetic Centre in Palakkad is an excellent clinic. The centre is headed by diabetologist Dr A P Radhakrishnan. Prior appointment is recommended for consultations. A full medical checkup, which can be done at the centre, is suggested before meeting the doctor. The centre on Palakkad-Coimbatore Road in Kunnathermed, close to the South Police Station, is easily accessible. But parking your vehicles is a huge problem on the busy road.
The cardio Doctor doesn't speak clearly nor answers our queries, in our case he just asked us to refer to a physician and did not consult further. After waiting for long hours and paying the required fee, if the doctor does not have time to attend to the problems of the patient, gets very difficult to visit. Bad experience.
Very bad experience with reception staffs. They are not giving any importance to telephonic queries and not ready to clearly understand what is the purpose of call. If we need a proper response we should call atleast 3 times each doubt for each call.
As all other reviewers said, Nice doctors but other staff like reception very bad response..
When I said there is no seat to sit for my amma who is the patient, they said then stand.,!
