Palace Peridot - Indoor lodging in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

A 3 star hotel in true sense as per the FHRAI. Points to note. The entrance is through a Gully and parking issues may exist. But the hotel is equipped with reception, WiFi, flat TV, tea coffee maker. The room is spacious and the bathroom is big 8X5 feet. It is close to the airport on the vasant kung Marg and conviniently located. Staff is well behaved and courteous. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, if you don't have a vehicle.

The hotel is closer to the airport and offers decent rooms for its price. However, it didn't felt like a 4 star hotel as it is mentioned on application. The room I stayed in had paint coming off the walls due to dampness of the wall. Rooms and linens were clean and bathroom was spacious.

The room needed to be cleaned, plenty of ants and hairs on the floor (ants on the bed) No hot water. We asked them to book a taxi for us at 4.30 am to the airport. They told us that it will cost 300 rs (double of Uber) we agreed. At 4.30 there was no taxi. We waited for 10 min and ended up taking an Uber by themselves. There was a storm and we get wet and asked for a hairdryer, initially they told us that other person was using it when we decided to wait they cleared that there was no hairdryer whatsoever.

Its just ok ok types ! Dont expect too much before coming to stay here. The hotel is located in a kind of sub-urban area which is near the IGI - Terminal 1(Domestic). So it is convenient for people who want to quickly check-in to some hotel for a short duration before starting off for their further journey. Around the hotel, there are plenty of facility shops for necessary things, medicals, ATMs etc. There are even plenty of other hotels in the same area which you might like to check before booking your stay here.

They over booked and handed over the room at 15:30 instead of 12. The staff was not apologetic at all and was rude instead. Toilet flush didnt work normally. The mug in the bathroom and air conditioner were broken.

Fraud hotel. Booked through goibibo but was not allowed to stay. They transferred us to a small hotel in nearby lane citing some stupid reason that it is a new hotel. Would not recommend anyone to book.

best place to stay in delhi palace peridot excellent hospitality the staff is honest courteous and helpful, safe for family, couple and girls, bathroom is safe there is no issue safe and secure, room gate is safe reception is nice and helpful, value for money hotel would surely visit here again definitely recommend to friends and family, rooms facility are excellent with round the clock hot cold water with separate geyser, lift is nice hotel lobby is very spacious and comfortable
