Room service was poor. Although staff behaviour was good, all were well behaved. Location is good. Still need improvement in the interior of rooms. Geyser was not working, Rooms door was broken. Inspite of its a pleasant experience.

The managers here are very calculative. For each and every thing you need to remind them repeatedly. They will not give hot water continuosly.. They mention this hotel as Banarasi kothi. I don't know whether this is the name of place or hotel. Very congested area and far from temples. Any how we were not happy here.

Dirty No maintenance of taps,latches,wooden almirah,hangers. The owner is arrogant. Lights in rooms are dim you can't read. But they want parity with good ones while charging. The kitchen is shabby.

The place gives you the vibes of a heritage hotel. As the name suggests the look and feel like feel of hotel is in the form of a palace. Locate in budha vihar colony it is close to Varanasi station. The rooms are decent and maintained to an extent. In case you don't like the place there are many other hotels available nearby.

I had booked banaras kothi hotel for my son first hair cut party. The service, staff, location, infrastructure I was fully statisfied. The best thing was their management, and quick service. I personally recommend this hotel for party. Whatever they promise they did it .

Stayed at the hotel 1 days ago and it was a nightmare one of the worst stays I have ever had at a 5star property I had never expected this kind of behavior from the staff. The Staff was very rude and unprofessional. Called for amenities many but I did not get it before 2 hours every time I called for it. When I went to have breakfast I was told my the hotel staff that breakfast is over and did not get breakfast both the days. At the time of check out also I had a horrible experience when I was paying my outstanding through google pay they told me that their google pay isn't working and due to that the took away my luggage and hide it somewhere till I did the full payment. It was a worst experience have never come across something like this. Will never stay return to this hotel ever again.

No star at all....bad experience, bad behaviour done by receptionist person..... AC was not working properly, water bottle was not provided in every room however after requesting many times water bottle was given... Also paid unnecessarily extra charges at the time of check out ....

Worst experience, the staff behaviour is also very awkward. They are there just to do business. Food qualities was very pathetic, the management will not at all acept their mistakes, they are there to jump on you with their services. Not a good option .
