This hotel is really good for low budget trip. Rooms are clean. Locality is also very nice but the manager is too rude. He never cooperates with the guests. A big drawback for this hotel.

Though the rooms are big enough but the minds of the owner is too small. The place is very secure and safe. The booking system and room-vacancy notifications are very confusing. There are four floors in the hotel. In need, hotel-boys serve food to the respected rooms of the boarders.
Rooms are overpriced. They provide us a damp room. Hotel boy were always asking us when we leave two times in a day. Manager refused to give us hotel bill saying that I have to pay extra tax for this but after I protest he agreed and gave me a bill. But bathroom is clean. Near to Sealdah railway station. I do not recommend this hotel for staying.
This hotel provides very good service but I called nearly 1 month before my arrival and asked for a room on 1st floor because of by mother's knee pain even then when I arrived they gave me room on 3rd floor. Other than this every thing was pretty good.
