If anyone planning to do purchase from Palace Honda Rampuram be aware of the false offers they give, these people will make many fake promises and once the sales conversion is done there will be no proper response. They are gonna spoil the name of HONDA.

Great place to buy a car,What a pleasant experience - no nonsense, and no "let's make a deal" junk. A well-appointed waiting area, nice coffee machine, and nice people. Honestly, I couldn't be happier about the overall experience and will return for our next car...!

The staff are extremely friendly and helpfull especially Mr. Nishaad. They sort out your issues very quickly. However the showrooms upper level management needs to improve its attitude towards customers.

Totally inexperienced technical team who is handling car service and delivery. Quality of work is very poor. Think twice before making a deal with them. I took honda amazon which contains many faults and showroom people are least bothered about our worries after making payment. Very badly dissatisfied with there attitude to customer while pointing out the fault.

Place doesn't exist

I had bought a Honda City Vxi (BS6) car from Palace Honda Kayamkulam, Kerala. Actually I went for a BS4 car but due to the lack of BS4 vehicle they opt a BS6 vehicle for me. They assured me they had add bumper to bumper insurance and free insurance at the time of booking. But before some days when asked to make the claim due to front bumper scratches, the authorities said that there was no such bumper to bumper insurance for your car it's only a normal insurance package, and they didn't add the bumper to bumper insurance package yet, and they said they will add it later. While I call them I don't get any proper reply from the authorities. Atleast they had to inform me there is no such package is available during the time of delivery. But they didn't. Therefore, I request that take the appropriate action on this and I need the insurance they assured me ASAP. Regards, Manu Nair M

Nice It is in Ramapuram... Near Ramapuram temple... I think there is no other Honda Show room near by... It is more helpful to Alappuza district people. It is well set up services and sales I think. More comments invited from customers. I am neighbourhood. Thanks
