Food was just okay. Not worth the hype. Good service. There is a short wait before the food arrives. Roadside family restaurant. Good ambience. Clean dining space. Clean toilets and wash area. Accepts online payments. Accepts online orders and takeaways.

Kunji pathiri,khozi pidi, perunnal choru are some of exclusive dishes, these are local cuisine with extra care into flavour. Not too hot but just enough to compliment the rest of the flavour. Brazilian custard also was worth a try.

Recommended for traditional Kerala breakfast options. So glad to see the diversity aspect of service Kerala food order taken on handheld devices by staff from another remote part of India The owners have displayed their why / purpose along with legacy - this helps connect to the taste and makes dining a special experience. My recent visit to Palaram Restaurant left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the restaurant's location was easily accessible from the road, making it a convenient stop for a meal while travelling. However, the overall experience was marred by several drawbacks. While the menu offered a decent variety of dishes, the taste of the food was just okay. Although some dishes were satisfactory, others were quite disappointing. One of the major concerns was the pricing. The prices were on the higher side, considering the average quality of the food served. Moreover, there was a noticeable delay between placing our order and the food being served. It seemed like the kitchen was understaffed or not well-organized, leading to a frustrating wait for our meals. This delay negatively impacted our overall dining experience. Another downside was the limited parking area. Finding a parking spot was a bit challenging, especially during peak hours when the restaurant was crowded.

Easily accessible location and valet parking facility is there. Good food and premium pricing. Longer waiting period for food. Very good customer service. No wheelchair accessibility.

Their food quality is commendable! You will feel the quality in your mouth. Most of the dishes are spices rich. Never miss their homely taste if you visit kochi. Atmosphere: they serve breakfast and baked items on the ground floor outlet. ( which is a small space with around 4 tables) From noon their restaurant opens in the basement. Warmly lighted with melo music. Service : Very polite

The review on quality of food is based on recent online orders placed. Initially I felt the quality is not upto mark when order is placed on online platforms but let it go as I thought it could be a bad day for them. Unfortunately the trend continued. The recent order turned terrible - all when we had guests at home. Wheat paratha was undercooked and felt like wheat dough. So were meat dishes. Just terrible. Only dishes they made decent were chicken noodles and dragon chicken. Even appam was terrible. In short, I'm told they have separate kitchen for online orders and probably they think it's alright to send substandard dishes if the order is placed online- you're wrong! Well, the in-house dining is cramped too. The two seater table is actually made as a single seater. Literally an adult along with a child find it troublesome. So are their bigger tables too if you're in a large group. Looks like they want more seats cramped and don't care much about diner's comfort.

Food was tasty. I ordered Honey cheese alfaham and porotta. Both was good in terms of taste. The waiting time was almost 30 mins for alfaham which is bit too much. Even though the restaurant is in the prime location, parking is not available.
