I've frequented Pala Food Court, and it consistently offers decent food options, though personal preferences may vary. The wide selection of bakery items adds to its appeal, and they are also of decent quality. Overall, it's a satisfactory dining experience with a variety of choices to explore.
I had a chicken puff and coffee,it tasted good. The ambiance was great. The staff were polite and fast. The restaurant was clean. However, the prices are on the higher side.
Entrance and table are not Wheelchair friendly.
Has restroom.
Parking might become an issue during busy hours as it is in a busy place.
Food and customer service was really great.
Lot of varieties in terms of snacks and juices.
Tried chicken tikka puffs which I have never had from any other place.
Kids liked the place. Though dining place is less compared to the crowd in that time.
Me and my friends on my way home enters this restaurant and first I noticed it's look like a vibe place and there is a small place to dine in...but yet it's looks so good with lights and all ... there are many people who comes to eat their shawarma...me and my friends ordered 3 shawarma,2 plate momos, grape, lime and mint juice and a choclate shake too it's really nice place....I will surely try to go there once more
It is inside Santhom commercial complex. This place is always busy and for getting a table you should wait for some time. I have visited there several times and only once tables were free .usually a busy place. Also a little bit expensive and when compared to another shop. The food is pretty good.
Good food court. I loved their fried momos and plate shavarma. Good ambience and small area for dine in. Good customer service and clean environments are highly appreciated .common Parking area is available. I do recommend this shop .
If you're near Kottaramattam and you're in a mood to have some snacks or indulge in a nice warm beverage, this is the ideal place for you.
Right opposite to Pala's new bus stand is Pala bakers which has delightful items that people of Pala hold close to their heart.
We ordered a cherry milkshake for my wife, a KitKat oreo milkshake for my son, classic waffles for my daughter and a warm tea for me.
All the items were up to mark except for the tea, which needed few more options. But the other items were delicious considering the cost.
Overall i am really impressed with the place, ambience and the taste.
Location, parking, washroom etc are fine. They guy who served was good. But not all staffs are polite. There is a dining space inside. Got a chicken sandwich by 9:00 in the morning, but it didn't seem fresh. There is a new type of speciality cake in a small square plastic container which is ok with the flavour, but one can't have it whole as its rich in chocolate and thick cream & be cautious about the price despite the size as it costs Rs.400 and if anyone with few kids pops in and orders one each, that would be hefty. They do have quite wide variety of Bakery delicacies. Though it is named food court, I didn't notice any staple/main meal served.
