Pal fitness multi gym (" Ayan Pal ") is a very good,nice and energetic place for workout. Here the environment is very soothing,full of energy and entertaining. You will workout and meanwhile enjoy the accompany of everyone. The trainer's are amazing they instructed you the right way of exercise. They trained u from basic to expert. So that your body doesn't get injury and u loose wait as well as gain muscle. I personally love to go to gym.
